Features

• The Offer shall be made available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and shall remain valid until 30 September.

• Eligibility to participate is limited exclusively to duly licensed startups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Registration must be completed solely through the official registration form designated by the Company.

• The Offer covers up to four (4) core modules only, namely: Accounting, Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Purchasing, and Inventory.

• Integration with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) shall be provided free of charge as part of the Offer.

• The Company reserves the right to conduct a verification call to confirm the accuracy of the customer’s information. Submission of false, inaccurate, or misleading information shall render the participant ineligible for the Offer.

Exclusions

• The Offer expressly excludes Odoo system licenses as well as system administration and cloud hosting services.

• The Offer does not extend to the development or integration of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), with the sole exception of ZATCA integration.

• Implementation services shall be performed remotely only and shall not include any on-site services at the customer’s premises.

• The 95% payback rate applies to the margins only and is calculated after covering the initial setup and administrative costs.

• The Offer is subject to all applicable taxes and statutory fees.

• The Offer shall be further subject to the Company’s general terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend or withdraw the Offer at any time prior to the execution of a formal contract with the customer, without the requirement of prior notice.
